From October 5th to October 9th, the Consortium has taken part – together with AFIDOP (Italian organization of PGI and PDO cheeses) – in Anuga 2019, one of the world’s most important food and agriculture trade fairs for the past 100 years.
The Taleggio featured at the AFIDOP stand in Cologne – together with another 5 representatives of Italian food excellence – between a cooking demo and a taste of the Italian cheeses available on the German market, which is at the forefront of Italian food-loving.
